Work requests and other things.

Phew!  What an IC/ VIC 2024 that was and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
Now that we are post IC I’d like to announce we have a new job request system, Hesk.  It’s the same system IS uses so you should be already familiar with it.  If you want to log a request with us just click on the ‘Job Request’ link above this post.  This new system allows us to assign jobs directly and for easy 2 way communications when needed between the client and the engineer doing the work.
